1. Introduction

Welcome to Prativa Tours & Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you ("Customer", "Traveller", "You") and Prativa Tours & Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us").

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or book any travel service through us.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received by Prativa Tours & Travels and a written confirmation has been issued by us through email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channel.

Availability of flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing activities, permits, and other travel services is subject to confirmation from the respective service providers at the time of booking.

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Quoted prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
• Customers must verify all booking details before travel.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices quoted by Prativa Tours & Travels are based on the rates available at the time of quotation and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Full or partial payment, as specified during booking, must be made within the prescribed timeline to secure your reservation. Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Government taxes, park entry fees, permits, and visa charges may change without prior notice.
• Additional charges arising after confirmation due to airline, hotel, or government policy changes shall be borne by the customer.
• Payment receipts issued by Prativa Tours & Travels should be retained for future reference.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the booking process. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, denial of boarding, visa rejection, or additional charges.

• Carry valid government-issued identification during travel.
• Ensure passport validity for international travel.
• Obtain required visas and travel documents unless specifically arranged by us.
• Reach airports, railway stations, or pickup points on time.
• Follow all local laws, hotel regulations, and transport guidelines.
• Inform us immediately about any medical condition or special travel requirement.

5. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of every traveller to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and available before commencing the journey.

• Valid Government-issued Photo ID.
• Passport with sufficient validity for international travel.
• Visa, where applicable.
• Travel permits required by local authorities.
• Any vaccination or health certificates required by the destination.

Prativa Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any loss arising due to invalid, expired, incomplete or missing travel documents.

6. Changes Requested by the Customer

Any request for modification after booking confirmation shall be subject to availability and acceptance by the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators or other service providers.

• Changes may attract additional charges.
• Certain bookings may be completely non-modifiable.
• Date changes may require payment of fare or tariff differences.
• Modification requests should be made as early as possible.

7. Changes Made by Prativa Tours & Travels

While every effort is made to operate tours exactly as planned, circumstances beyond our control may require modifications to the itinerary.

Such situations may include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbances, road closures, government restrictions, airline schedule changes, hotel overbooking or any other operational reasons.

• Equivalent alternatives will be arranged wherever reasonably possible.
• Minor itinerary changes shall not constitute grounds for compensation.
• Customer safety will always remain our highest priority.

8. Force Majeure

Prativa Tours & Travels shall not be held liable for any delay, alteration, interruption, or cancellation of travel services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods, earthquakes, landslides or storms
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Political unrest or civil disturbances
• Strikes, lockouts or labour disputes
• Airline operational issues
• Road closures or transport disruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

Prativa Tours & Travels acts only as an intermediary between travellers and various service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise operators and local tour providers.

We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, additional expense, property damage or inconvenience caused by any third-party service provider.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid to us for the specific booking, subject to applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, layouts and branding, is the intellectual property of Prativa Tours & Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
