5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain travel services are non-refundable once confirmed. These may include promotional airfares, special hotel offers, event tickets, attraction tickets, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and other supplier-specific products.

Customers are advised to carefully review the cancellation terms applicable to each booking before confirming their reservation.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available where cancellations arise due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, landslides, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions, strikes, airline operational issues, or other force majeure events.

If a traveller fails to arrive at the scheduled departure point, airport, railway station, hotel, or any pre-booked activity without prior notification, it will be treated as a "No-Show."

No-Show bookings are generally non-refundable and no compensation or alternative arrangement shall be provided unless permitted by the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, or other service supplier.
